TYPICAL SESSION
Children attending Steppingstone Montessori School engage in traditional Montessori activities. The largest portion of each day finds the children working individually and/or in small groups. The children receive lessons from several interest areas. These areas include Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, Science and Nature, Geography and Culture and Art.
The children spend a smaller portion of each day in large group activities and outdoors. Large group activities include music, grace and courtesy lessons, physical education, and other community building activities.
